Terms and conditions
Version 2026.08.10 · 10 augustus 2026. These terms apply to services of ZamorIT (trading as ZamorIT), unless agreed otherwise in writing.

1. Scope
These terms apply to quotes, assignments and services of ZamorIT, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Deviations are valid only if confirmed in writing.
2. Range, quote and contract
The automated project intake produces a non-binding provisional range (hours, price band, timeline). That is not a quote and no rights can be derived from it. A contract exists only after a quote issued by ZamorIT has been accepted by the client.
3. Scope and extra work
The agreed scope follows from the quote and any annexes. Changes, extensions or later wishes outside that scope are extra work and may change planning and price.
4. Planning
Deadlines are targets unless a hard date is agreed in writing. Delay caused by late content, decisions or system access from the client may move the plan.
5. Payments and VAT
Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms follow the quote or invoice. Late payment may lead ZamorIT to pause work after notice.
